Yes. The signer needs to be alert, able to communicate, and understand what they're signing, and must have a valid ID. Call or text and I'll walk you through it.
Is my visit booked when I submit the form?
No. The form sends an appointment request. Your visit is booked only after I confirm.
Can you help me choose a legal form?
This service is for notarization only. For advice about which legal document you need, contact the organization requesting it or a qualified attorney.
Do you notarize vehicle titles?
Not at this time. I focus on legal, personal and business documents.
